On Sunday 12th July, Bishop Luke of Richborough, who has Sacramental and Pastoral oversight of this Parish, paid us a visit, presiding and preaching at our Sunday morning Mass.
We were delighted to see him. For most of our congregation, this was a first meeting, so a great pleasure. Bishop Luke says he is thoroughly enjoying his appointment, and hopes to come again before too long.
There were refreshments after the service, so everyone had a chance to meet the Bishop and chat. It was a most uplifting, and encouraging occasion.
