We are pleased to say that at long last a new cross has been installed on the apex of the church porch roof. The original, which was very old, came down in a gale several years ago, and the pieces have been lying in a pile at the back of the church ever since. As nearly as possible the new cross, which was made and put in place by the firm of G.F.A. Stonemasonry Ltd., of Norwich, has been made to match the original, referring to old photographs and using the remaining pieces as a template. Many thanks to the craftsmen involved for their work; the result is fantastic. The new cross is the gift of one of our members, in memory of her sister, Sue Arnold, who died in April 2025
