Our Patronal Festival, for the Birth of St. John the Baptist, was celebrated on the 21st and 22nd June. By common request we repeated last year’s theme – ‘LOUND REMEMBERING’. This has proved to be very successful, and the church was filled with our flowers and our memories. Many people took part, not just from our congregation, but from the village as well, which is a great opportunity for us all to get together for a gossip! Thank you to all those who took part or helped in any way, and for the magnificent food provided after the concert on Saturday.
